WRAL-DT
WRAL-DT On July 23, 1996 WRAL-DT became the first commercial station to broadcast the HDTV signal. WRAL-DT was also the first station to commit to DTV Plus in developing our DTV data channel. WRAL-TV has long been a leader in the development of new technologies, and that tradition continues as the flagship station for DTV Plus.

WRAZ-DT
WRAZ-DT WRAZ-DT was the second station to sign on as a DTV Plus partner. WRAZ-DT broadcasts a series of Carolina Hurricanes hockey games in HD each season, a long schedule of Durham Bulls baseball games and two, HD newscasts each day.

Triveni Digital
Triveni Digital DTV Plus Triveni Digital have partnered in the development of the hardware and software needed to power the DTV Plus network. Triveni Digital is a subsidiary of LG Electronics, and was founded in 1997 in Princeton, New Jersey. Triveni Digital develops Digital Television software, systems and solutions to bring innovative products to market. Triveni Digital's staff brings years of experience in industrial research and leading edge product development to bear on the emerging DTV industry.

Microspace Communications Corporation
Microspace DTV Plus is utilizing Microspace's satellite network as the backbone of our distribution network. The point to multipoint efficiencies that satellite provides is crucial to the success of DTV Plus. Microspace, with over 300,000 international downlink locations brings a wealth of knowledge in deploying and managing a satellite network, as well as 24x7x365 management for the ultimate in quality control.

Microsoft Datacasting Working Group
Microsoft and several leading industry partners have initiated the creation of a Windows Datacasting Working Group that will provide technical guidelines, protocols, specifications, and direct feedback to Microsoft's engineering units for the deployment of a homogeneous integrated broadcast architecture. Companies participating in the formation of the Working Group are B2C2, Inc, Decisionmark Corporation, Dotcast, Inc., DTV Plus, Hauppauge Computer Works, Inc., iBlast, NDS, ntl:Broadcast, SpectraRep, TANDBERG Television, Triveni Digital, and Wavexpress.
